RETURNS

We only exchanges goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at fwr.boutique@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, about a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

SHIPPING

In stock items typically ship within 7-10 business days.

In the event that your order could be delayed, we will notify you via email as we become aware. You may elect to cancel you order at this time. 

If one or more items in your multiple item order is delayed, you may receive your order in separate shipments.
